Where' the hell is Jen & Mel?
This morning we enjoyed the company of a flock of spiky haired pidgeons whilst we ate breakfast.
Continued our journey to Fitzroy Crossing where Aborigines and Asians make up the community.
Visited Geiki gorge and trekked the 4km reef walk which was uneventful.
Some lovely driving today, between tall red stone cliffs, wild lavender and not much else!
At 3pm the temperature was sitting on 37 degrees....
Tonights campsite is beautiful and shady. Surrounded by lots of white gum trees, a crocodile river and millions of birds.
Dinner is Punjab Eggplant with green beans and rice, all cooked on the campfire!
Highlight today: putting our hot, swollen feet under running cold water after the trek.
