After the leisurely journey from Warsaw on board the PKP (Polish National Railways) service we had a ten minute walk from the main station (Gdansk Glowny) to our hotel in the old city area. This is our fourth visit to Gdansk and each time the old town area simply blows us away. It is possibly sort of 'Disney-esque' in style like something at EPCOT but this is all as genuine as a post war re-construction can get.
