Hi!!

Sorry, sorry for my absence - I have been very busy teaching, lesson planning etc but also arranging travel and accomodation for National Week. China's National Day is on October 1st, after which the whole country has 5 to 7 days off in which to travel - a bit like half term really. So, myself and the other english teachers, both here with me and the others we met in Beijing, have been sorting out travel plans. As the whole country travels, and train travel is a lot cheaper than flying, getting train tickets has been something of a mission but luckily I have been successful and so am very much looking forward to my trip to Shanghai on saturday!! woop woop

I have also (as promised) purchased a camera so with any luck will put my 1st set of pictures up here. They're mainly of the campus & a few from town but at least you'll all (finally!) be able to see where I'm teaching and living and what it looks like!
