We did mass capture of 29 zebras today. Using the boma we set up yesterday the helicopter chases the herd in towards effectively a funnel to the truck. Then curtains have to be pulled across to trap them into a smaller and smaller space all the way up to the truck. Zebra are pretty dangerous so we couldn't pull the curtains but instead laid on top of the truck watching then come. Tomorrow we are capturing more animals; impala, kudu, wildebeest, nyala, so will be able to pull some of the curtains. Early morning tomorrow so an early night tonight!!
