HiAfter we'd vistied Milford Sounds we left Te Anau and headed north to Cromwell where we spent the night before heading up to Mount Cook.  The next morning bright and early we began the drive to Mount Cook which was brilliant as we had such good weather.  The scenery was great and changed all the way along the journey so we couldn't get bored of the drive.  I don't think you ever could get bored of the scenery in New Zealand!!We arrive...

Hello Since our last entry we've travelled from Dunedin to Invercargil via the Southern Scenic Route which was beautiful. Once on the scenic route we entered an area called The Catlins, parts of which are a National Park and covers an area of approximately 100 miles along the south of New Zealand. Our first stop was to Jacks Bay where we took an hours walk to Jacks Blowhole which is a sinkhole 300m from the sea - quite strange as we were expecting ...

Hi We arrived in Dunedin on Fridy evening and set up camp for the night. The following morning we went to see Andys Uncle David and Auntie Ruth and spent the whole day with them. It was really lovely to see them and had a great day catching up. The following morning we returned to Uncle Davids and spent the morning with them, had lunch and tried New Zealand Pavalova - delicious! We said our goodbyes and then made our way into Dunedin city to do some sighseeing....
