We are now all waiting in Beijing station for the overnight sleeper to Wudang Shan (Chinese for mountain). About an 18 hour journey! The last train was very good. A bullet train which has plenty of leg room, hot water for our new Chinese flasks and clean sit down toilets. Anyone who has been to China will appreciate that final point.
We have about another hour to wait till the train goes. It is like being at an airport. There is security to go through first then into a waiting area.
It is raining today so actually a good day to travel. Hopefully it will be dry once we get to Wudang.
