Hey all... just couldn't wait to give this a try. I'm sitting in Issaquah right now with Sarah and Mary just ticking down the hours before I get on the plane and get on the way. Thanks to Jane and the ladies for letting me crash with them on such short notice. It's waaaay more enjoyable than the El Cheapo Inn by the airport. THANKS THANKS THANKS!

I have had such a different experience this time getting ready for the trip. No really, it's a good thing... I wasn't scrambling around like I usually am trying to get things done, bills paid, and goodbyes said. It's been, dare I say it, relaxing! I think a lot of it had to do with having my mom around to help with the cleaning, packing, and general sanity preservation. It was great!

Well, I won't bore you any more with the details BEFORE the actual trip. Hopefully I'll be in Xalapa with the fam. before this time tomorrow. I'll post again when I make it.
