Back in Melbourne again, its starting to feel like our second home, especially because we are looked after so well by the Barrows and the Chews. This time we stayed with the Barrows, thank you so much for having us, you looked after us so well and we had a lovely time with you all. And Grandma Barrow, thank you for a lovely dinner, it was so nice to meet you, you are a very cool Grandma! First full day back in Melbourne saw us at AFL World! This experience was made even better by the fact that we got in for free, we have Blake to thank for that, thanks Blake! AFL World is basically an AFL museum, for anyone wondering what AFL is by the way, its Aussie Rules Football. The museum was great fun, there were loads of interactive things to do, you could kick for goal and hand pass the ball into machines etc, we had a great time, we were in there a good few hours! Phil particularly liked kicking for goal, I think he saw himself as a bit of a pro! You were Phil! After the fun of AFL World we then did the full on tourist thing and hopped on the bus for the Neighbours tour!! First thing that happened was that we met 'Darcy', that was pretty funny. Took us a while to actually recognise him to be honest because he hasn't been in for a while but we remembered him after a while and he was a really nice guy. We then got to stop for a photo shoot at Erinsborough High, which is an actual school so you can't go in but we had a look around the outside. After that we headed off to Ramsay Street, or Pin Oak Court as it is actually known! It was pretty cool, the street is a lot smaller than it looks on TV, and it is really strange to think that people actually live there. They have all these rules they have to stick to, they have to close their curtains on filming days and park their cars in a different street, and they aren't allowed to make any major changes to the outside of their properties without telling the filming company so that they can write it into the script! They get money from the filiming company for all of this but no one knows how much, not even roughly, so it must be a decent amount! Check out the photos of Ems and Phil at Ramsay Street, hee hee, it sounds so funny!!! The next day, myself, Phil, Alice and Blake went on a bit of a road trip to Grandma Barrow's holiday house in a place called Shoreham. Before we got to Shoreham we went to Phillip Island to watch the penguin parade which was brilliant. They are little fairy penguins that make their journey across the beach every night to sleep in their burrows on the land, they were the custest little things! We had a nice couple of days in Shoreham, very relaxing and we slept in both days which was great! We went to a place called Cape Schank and then we went to pick strawberries at the strawberry farm, they were the nicest strawberries ever, made even better by the melted Lindt chocolate that we dipped them in that night!! Phil also whipped our butts at Monopoly (massively!) which was probably the highlight of his trip!!! On our last night in Melbourne we went out for a lovely meal with Melody, Lyndon, Alice and Blake which Phil kindly shouted for us. We then went on to get in a bit of a drunken state at Stef Barrow's boyfriend's 21st birthday party! It was a great night! Still missing everyone loads and loads, hope you are all still enjoying looking at the website, and check out the new look, we thought we were on the wrong site when we logged in! Lots of love to everyone XXX
