Before class, I jumped on the MRT to Harbourfront (Vivo City), had a general look around the shops, had a mocha and croissant in Starbucks- I've decided I'm going to buy one of the flasks, they're only $17, would be useful for taking hot drinks when I have an early start at Keele and they're pretty cool. There's so many good shops here, lots of gadget shops and Japanese-inspired ones. Bought a couple of presents and did some window shopping. Came back and went to class (arranging), then stayed around to do some work on the computers, but actually involved me watching episodes of the teen drama Roswell. The intention was there!! Towards 8pm, Nikki and I decided that we had a sweet craving, so took the MRT to Bugis Junction (my favourite place in Singapore). I bought a crepe with strawberries, choc sauce, vanilla ice cream and cream (Japanese idea) for $5.50- it's so nice. We sat outside and ate whilst watching the magical fountain that dances. Decided we should do some shopping so went over to Bugis Street, to the largest indoor market in Singapore, had a nose about and bought a dress for $10, it's rather nice than came back. All in all, not a very productive day, but quite relaxing.
