Bonjour!
Today was the last day of the program! The ceremony was fun. Every class went on stage one-by-one to present what they learned over the course of the program. Some kids even got to talk about what they found most shocking about France. One of the Asian kids said that he thought it was crazy how the French people cannot hold their bladders because it smells like pee in a lot of places. I thought that was pretty hilarious. I realized how much I learned over the course of this program from the classes to the trips to the UN and ITU. It was an awesome experience. I never knew how different a country could be but it is so cool to get to see for myself how differently France works in comparison to the United States. I will be interested to go home to America and see how different the metro system is.
After saying bye to everyone, me and the girls finished packing up all of our stuff and are about to have a movie night in Nicholette's room for our last night in Evry, France ever! It will be a great night getting to spend it with my new best friends. J
Only two more nights left in France…
Au Revoir,
Tori
