God, what a funny night last night - although remarkably Emma looked rather well this morning and we all managed to make it out for breakfast reasonably early!
We spent quite a while at the cafe and then Xenia, Stu and I set off for a trip to Lilydale and the Dandenong Ranges which is out where Xenia's parents live.
We did quite a bit: went to Sky High (a viewing point across Melbourne), visited a couple of little villages and stopped for Devonshire Teas!
One of the places we stopped at was Sassafras which had a lovely little Tea shop in it, with hundreds of Teapots and lots of different tea varieties and little novelty bits.
After stopping a drink and a Cream Tea we said farewell to Stu and headed over to Xenia's parents' place, as we had arranged to stay with them for the night before heading off early in the morning to go and pick up our stuff and the hire care for our trip on the Great Ocean Road!
Now, first of all, Xenia's parents place is gorgeous, its just stunning and second of all, Xenia's parents are brilliant - I stayed up talking to them for a while even after Xenia went to bed (we were both still feeling dead from the night before!)
Tomorrow we set off on the tour of the Great Ocean Road, I can't wait...
