Wow! Just had the most amazing meal! We asked Jackie (as in Jackie chan he tells us) to recommend a Vietnamese restaurant for dinner. He pointed across the street from our hotel. I ate the grilled satay ostrich filet and it was a 5 out of 5.

I, on the other hand, thought to keep it on the safe side and get the chicken only to be pleasantly surprised that my caution paid off. Possibly the best fried chicken/cashew stir fry I've ever had! And the wine was pretty good too. After all my anxiety and concern over the people, the food, the hotels and the traveling in general, all I can say now is that I have never been more relaxed or more excited to be here and livin' it up South East Asia style!
