Since my last blog, once again I have done so much!

My friends Becky and Nathan came to stay, which was really nice as we hadn't seen each other in 4 months! We went to Heidelberg and met up with Vicky, and eventually Lucy a little later on. We did the usual shopping( Becky spent far too much money on scarves!) and cable car to the castle. We then had to walk down this ridiculous hill as we missed the last trip down, and if I'm honest, we looked ridiculous, waddling down, while everyone else made it look easy! We then met up with Lucy and bought these "Schneeballen"...they looked like balls of dough, but they weren't...they were I just don't know what. We decided then to go for a quiet tipple at the Hardrock Cafe where cocktails were on offer. Needless to say we had a fair few and got a little merry. It was just like being back in Hull, it was brilliant :) We then went home, and the next day Becky and Nathan left.

On the same day I cooked a roast dinner for my German family...something I had been craving since day 1! I think they liked it, unless they were just being polite.

The rest of that week I was very busy with school; I had to take over 5 lessons on my own, but I feel they went well, although on Friday I was sick, which wasn't too fun.

Despite this, at the weekend I went to Bremen to visit a few people living up there. I stayed over with Adam, a friend from Hogwarts, I mean Altenberg, and we just chilled out until Monday when we met up with Charlotte and Jack. We had a nice meal, even if the guys were embarrassingly singing Atomic Kitten badly and getting funny looks! Bremen was a very nice city from what I saw of it, however time just flew by and before I knew it I was back at school!

However, I had 7 lessons cancelled this week, so I really couldn't complain! On Thursday I went out for cocktails with Marc, Lenz, Selina and Jana, followed by the cinema on Friday with the girls. This was then followed by a party for Anke's birthday, which was great! Her Nan has a pub in the basement...how cool is that!!?

I've been so lucky to have made many good friends out here, so this last week was really nice.

My parents are coming this coming weekend, and I'm really excited, will write more soon!
