Day 11 well didn't think I would have much to write about but it's been another interesting day. Went to Phuket to a temple where the monks collect things for the orphanage. This is a women only monastery - never knew there was such a thing but there you go. The staff then decided to go to the shops and because my back was sore they booked "pappa" in for a Thai oil massage !!! It was so funny.
A woman. Aged Kate's forties early fifties came in and I told her it was my back. She left and I took my shirt off. She then returned and spoke to me. Now I don't speak Thai but it was quite clear that she was saying to " look mister get the rest of your kit off" so there I was lying with just a towel lying on my front. It she comes and sets about my back with her hands, fingers and then elbows. Discovered places I didn't know existed. Then it got really interesting as aim thinking she is going climbing on to my back !!! I was creasing myself laughing inside. She then to work on my legs and I mean that includes your buttocks !!! There wasn't a part of me she did not massage apart rom the obvious fingers toes hands and even ears and head. It was amazing. 1 hour massage for 7 pounds which the staff insisted on paying. Still keep laughing every time I think about it. Going on trip tomorrow so will be away the whole day

Karen Well I never, hope she didn't touch anything she shouldn't have or I will track her down and smoke her out when I get to Phuket and show her what a Glasga handshake is. All joking aside, hope your back is feeling better and that you have a good day off tomorrow. you said her name was Kate what is her address?
Anne Welch Oh Billy, what an ordeal!! Did she cure your back? Karen is looking really well, saw her this morning at church. You must be nearly at the end of your time at the Orphanage, I expect you have made new friends and learned a lot of new skills. If I encounter any snakes around here, I will know who to go and see. Bless you Billy. Anne W
Anne Welch Just want to wish you and Karen a lovely holiday. x
