Day 7. Spent the morning cleaning all the plant trays ready for a new batch to be placed on the long trays. After that it was more mixing cement and laying bricks which is pretty interesting work in flip flops !! At Lucy time I was told I was tiered and as it was so hot it was decided to take a break for a couple of hours and return to it later which is what we did. Mid afternoon a couple we met at the market turned up with their 2 year old on their bikes so it was nice to catch up. He is Scottish but they live in Spain and are on a 2 month cycle spree. Not my idea of fun but I really admire them
Resting in the afternoon meant that I could relax and read a book and later on I joined the kids in the river just to cool off. Tonight the adults have invited me to the festival which is still going on. They have told me we are leaving at 10 pm !!!!!!! 2 hours after my normal bed time. Reminds me of my kids going out late so it should be interesting. So the end of my first week. Full on and truly the experience of a lifetime. Trust the next 3 will pass quickly and Karen and I can catch up. I'm sure she will love the experience. Thanks agin to everyone for their thoughts prayers and messages on off exploring

Raymond Buckley Dear Billy Glad to hear you're really getting on so well with the local wild-life. Glad to hear Old MacDonald had a Farm went down well. Have you tried other songs, like Ten Green Bottles or One Man Went to Mow (both for teaching numbers), I Know an Old Lady who Swallowed a Fly (for teaching animal names) There's a Hole in my Bucket (best done as a couple, Lisa and Henry) or Where have All the Flowers Gone? (both good circular songs) Will continue to pray for you. God Bless Raymond and Doreen

Debbie Erskine So glad you went for this Billy, really hope it will be an amazing, life changing, body building, heart swelling, mind blowing, spirit stretching, experience, and if you survive all that you will come back a dynamic, renewed, brilliant story teller, to Inspire and encourage us with lots of new material. Are you thinking about those rabbit stories yet??? Have fun!
