Went to St John's Church today. Don't ask me why. Curiousity? About 15/20 min walk out of McLeod via a muddy patch of road but a nice walk all the same. We had wlaked around graves earlier in week, alot destoyed with wear and tear (i know i didn't think grave stones could suffer from this either!). Alot of babies from the same families and 1905 earthquake victims. The English church service is usually held at 10am and hindi at 11, we aimed for 10am seeing as our hindi wasn't up to scratch yet. The Bishop cancelled 10am service and got us to join in at 11am, listening to the hyms in hindi isn't exactly joyous i must say and the service dragged on for nearly 2 hrs!! Sarah was not pleased with me dragging her out of bed early on a Sunday for this! This outing is not for the faint hearted. N.B. The photo attached is NOT the church.
