Nola in Europe 2014
The view from my bedroom window in the gite where we are staying in Uzes right in the old town.
Arrived here yesterday after a relatively stress-free drive - not sure if I am getting used to France or whether the road signs are improving but everything went to plan for a change.
Uzes is a lovely ancient village also on a hilltop and we are in an old stone cottage which is very comfortable and well equipped with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and all we could need, which is a relief after Antibes.
I feel quite exhausted so had a quiet day today

Erika Hackett It was one of our favourite places to stay in, have you been over the Millau bridge yet? it's worth a drive. Hope things are okay now.
