grr so much for the 4 hour lunchbreak i had planned yday. pretty much as soon as i posted that blog gavin came round to help with the gardening. and he actually cut my normal lunchbreak short too. serves myself right i suppose!!

so did that all afternoon then CHris's wife and two kids came over for tea. watched finding nemo then went to bed.

Wednesday 31st

Day 2 of weeding flowerbeds :o(

its not the weeding i dont like its the back and knee ache you get doing it. and u cant sit down cos the ants get you and its hot all the time and moan moan moan. I HATE GARDENING!. and whats worse is today was flowerbed 2 of about 12 urrrrgh.

Rowell bought me chocolate today tho and gavin took me to see some emus this morning. gav drove strait towards so fast i thought he was gunna run me down and was like laura quick jump in i was like aaaagh i cant im working but i did anyway dunno why cos i had no idea where we were going or doing but he spotted some an emu with 4 babies out on the land and wanted me to see them which was pretty cool. still not loving all the beasties. showering after i finish work is such an ordeal- making sure the bugs cant get in, killing the bugs already in, avoiding the ones that wont die, wafting away the midges and finally when i get round to it washing myself. had 2 swims today too. so wierd tho u look around and theres outback for miles and im lying in a pool on a lilo seems crazy xxxx
