It looks like the Krakow trip will be pushed into March, which will probably be better because it's like -4 there right now. Scott is gunning for two weeks, so hopefully we will have a weekend to head into a neighboring country.

A Polish co-worker of Scott's sent this video that gives a little history and tourist info for Krakow. Apparently Krakow is actually pronounced "Krakuv"...which makes sense becuase they pronounce w's as v's.

A fun fact from the video...the area of Krakow that we will most likely be staying in is Kazimierz, which is the old Jewish district in the city. Most of Schindlers List was filmed in that area. Scott didn't think that was necessarily a "fun" fact...but it's a fact nonetheless.
