Hello All

Ok - just a quick update to say I am still alive after eating my own Thai cooking! It was good fun - our teacher was taking no messing around - she was v strict indeed!!We prepared the food out doors then into the kitchen for cooking - which in the heat was almost unbearable! Woks on large bunsen burners!! My spring rolls were yummy and my Thai Green Curry was also pretty tasty - even if I do say so myself!! We also made soup and a noodle dish!

4 of us then got a taxt boat to a small bay where we relaxed and went for fresh juice in a bar - very relaxing.

Been snorkling today which was excellent - the coral is beautiful (Koh Tao and Koh Nang Yuan) the fish were all around you - so many colours / shapes and sizes - truly amazing experience - really enjoyed it. (Managed not to drown you will be pleased to hear mum!!)

Got to do prep for teaching tomorrow then teaching Sat / Sun (no rest for the wicked) and then Tues / Wed next week.

Just been to Tesco - which was a sureal experience - everything exactly like home but with Thai writing - they even do a value range with the blue stripes - bizzare!! (purchased only some bottled water - very uninteresting!!)

Creatures in the bathroom update - just 1 lizard last night - just left him to it and went to bed - he had gone this morning - or else he was hiding from me!!!

Weather - sunny - managed to turn a bit pink on the boat today despite factor 30 sun cream!
