I am still not sleeping so well and this morning I was up at 4am doing my exercises and eating breakfast before falling back asleep. Today I had to clean all the cupboards in the kitchen out as the mouse we had caught had been in everything. It took hours pulling everything out and re-cleaning all the pots and pans. At 12 Peter took all the guests to the airport as they were all flying out at 2pm today. I said goodbye to Henry and his Father and Henry kindly invited me to visit him in Atlanta- Georgia and told me before I visit Venezuela to contact him for a list of must see places. I then cleaned all the rooms out and waited for Peter to return. Peter had brought 3 new beds so today we had to remove all the old beds and then construct the new ones. At 2pm we stopped for another one of Tiare's delicious lunches; sesame seed chicken and vegetable ratatouille with a garden salad. It was then back to the rooms installing the new beds - this proved to be a much bigger job then first thought and took us through to 6:30pm. I didn't mind though as it really doesn't feel like work here, just feels like I am helping a friend and Peter has become a good friend now and shows me respect like i show him respect as my boss. Working as an exchange (in my case work for food and board) is so different to working for money and the biggest thing is each party gives and gives because they respect one another . After knocking off I walked down to the coast and the Mohai Tihanie to watch the sun go down. In the evening I ate the left over fish from lastnights BBQ and sat around having a very interesting conversation with Peter.
