After not much sleep I was up and ready for another days work. Today I had a fair bit to do including painting, fixing a few things, cleaning the rooms and helping people setup and unload some new beds he had just purchased. I also had to go say goodbye to Tracy my new Canadian friend and promise her I would visit her in Torronto hopefully next year. Tracy had collected a heap of things she didn't want to take back with her and ever so kindly donated them to me: new Chile guidebook, toiletries, sunscreens, bug sprays, nuts, Raisens and a few other useful bits and pieces. Peters wife cooked up the most amazing lunch again for me which included chicken breast, mushroom and chopped vegetable salad, avocado and shrimp. I felt a little embarrassed as her and Peter just had nuggets, chips and salad and I got this very elaborate and healthy meal - reaping the benefits of putting in the extra effort around here. After lunch I did the cleaning up and then the truck came to deliver the new beds. After unloading the beds I set them all up and emptied the boxes before knocking off for the day. In the evening I was back off to Camping Tipanie for another BBQ so the rest of the afternoon I relaxed and tried to recover some energy. Around 6pm I got a lift with Peter into town and then walked to the camping. When I arrived it was time to start preparing everything; myself and Benjamin took care of the Pork Spare ribs, pumpkin and traditional potatoes aswell as stoking the outdoor BBQ whilst the others made the salads and brought the wine. Basically we covered the chopped pork ribs in garlic, all seasoning and butter and did the same with all the vegetables before chucking in the BBQ. There was a really nice vibe with much the same people as the other nights BBQ and we all sat around talking - waiting for everything to cook. Just after 10pm all the food was ready and the first round of pork chops was dished out - the pork was absolutely delicious and very moist, the salads were also delicious and the red wine divine. We ate, laughed, drank, congratulated one another on jobs well done and before we new it the night had almost disappeared. Suriname a French guy who was also at the dinner had hired a car for the next two days and had invited me to join him and twi others tommorow on a tour of the island - I Ofcourse jumped at the idea and hoped Peter - my boss would let me take day off. Suriname gave me a lift home so he could figure out where to pick me up from in the morning as we were taking off at 5:45am to make sunrise on the other side of the island. When I arrived back Peter was up and said it was fine for me to take day-off tommorow and go sightseeing; so I packed my things and tried to get some sleep.
