Alas our journey of the Amalfie is now over. The last 2 days have both been exciting and amazing. Friday, the group of 13 leave Sorento to go the Isle of Capri. Day 3 we are to rise above the clouds to a small town by the name Ravello.This walk is a lot easier than yesterday on the way up, although it is steep it has level areas which allows for a little leg rest even though you are climbing. Ciao, well as you can see the climbing man has made it back safely, but let me say this is the hardest walk I have ever done. 9 kilometers of down right pain and trouble. There was no training that could of prepared us for what we achieved to day. The walk will take us along 7 kilometers of walking track,but our first stop is a Bennerdician monistary which dates back to 1011,that means it is 1001years old.
