Ciao, well today we say arriverderch Roma. It is 2 minutes to 8 and we are waiting outside the appartmento for our taxi, girls in panic mode, due at 8,let's go to the taxi stand, just moving off when at 8.01 taxi arrives,must be at train station by 9.45 am taxi ride takes us ten minutes. Train on time on board in this compartment style setting and on our way to Naples. The scenery is filled with many different landscapes volcanic mountains ,flat extending fields...

Tonight we indulged in some fine dinning I will let Shirley describe what our taste buds found. Firstly the view was amazing..... all the red roofs of Rome and Saint Peters lit by the reddest sun set and then the fading light .......awesome. Secondly the service was attentive, friendly and charming. The guy we had was called Antonnio and he was so cute. Today was suppose to be a rest day but again we have walked half the city.Shirley and I went to the Trevi fountain with Di then to brunch at a bello (beautiful) restaurant.Our meal was great so off we went again to discover a church called " The Saint Clemente" this was an adventure in its own as I got us lost as usual an as usual Shirley got pissed off , nothing changes even on holidays Tonight we are heading out for tea at the hotel Eden to watch the sun set ...

Ciao, Today we started the walking tour of the streets of Rome. We started by going to the Trevi fountain where we took some great photos. Our next stop would be the Spanish step we arrived early and had a free photo session as there were no people to be seen.This area is where the rich and famous shop. All the big name brands are there as well-as the huge prices. We then worked our way back to our apartments stopping at the pantheon, I wonder how so long a ago ...

Ciao, Today was most busy day so far,we were up early to go to the Vatican,again this was in walking distance from our appartamento, so we left here at 7.30 am, nearly missed our tour guide Darr,but we made it. I would love to discribe every thing we saw but there was just so much that the photos will tell the story when we arrive home.
