Ciao all, We arrived in Roma around 12pm Italian time Tuesday. we were picked up at the aeroporto by Gianni our taxi driver and taken on a small tour of the surrounding streets of our apartmento because of some parade which was a great bonus. Hi all we left for our Ittalian hol at 3.00am Sunday morning arrive inDubi 2.10pm. Good flight excellent service great start.

After our 14 hr flight we have rested and are now heading to the tallest building in the world.This building 147 floors high we spent nearly an hr there then we went to this little lebanese restraurant. Great food very authentic. Yesterday we went into the desert dune bashing and dinner in a camp great. Off to Rome today. Can' t wait. Talk soon.

Shirley and I are excited as our departure day draws closer. It seems so long ago the planning began and now the time is upon us ,7 days to go.
