So Im having a bit of trouble here when it comes to cooking for myself. I don't even pay attention to easy mac when im in the states, so being handy and cooking up 3 meals a day is becoming quite a challenge! I tried to make chicken last night, and it was kind of a disaster, so i made spaghetti. I eat that probably every other night. Yessss.

Tonight I had a night off, though, and we had a dinner party for our next door neigbor/RA Dieter. We always thought he thought we were really stupid because we had to ask things like "how do you turn on the TV," or "we ran out of toiet paper...do you have any extra?" and "our door wont shut" (to which he walks in, says "like this?" and shuts it like its nothing). So we tried to woo him and served him dinner. Guess what it was? PASTA haha. its okay though because it had gorgonzola and peppers...a nice break from jarred marinara and magic cookies (sooo good...nutella cookies). We sat down for almost 3 hours and just talked...so much fun! Dieter doesnt hate us :)
