Well another journal entry, I am sure you guys know what has been going on over the last weekend/week but here it goes anyway: JB is currently staying Dan's house at the moment as he has been neglected by his parents and new people have replaced him, JB stayed on the Friday and this will continue through to Sunday. His current bill tab is about £2000!!! Anyway, FRIDAY - We (JB, Dan, and Lisa??) went round Mr and Mrs Batt's flat to get a takeaway and watch a DVD (didn't get a takeaway in the end Jamie Oliver and Delia Smith made pizza and chips but it was still good). We watched Hostel (Me, Matt, Helen and Lisa, JB had disappeared at this time because he was scared to watch the film that was hired as it was gory - Hostal, good though). That was about it for the Friday we all had a bit to drink - Dan espically as always because he doesn't know what a 'socialable drink' is!! He was trying to be black bless him!! SATURDAY - Waking up with a hangover and an early arrival from Matt, Dan forgot that he had arranged a BBQ and invited everyone along. Not really in the mood to deal with sorting the BBQ and the heavy rain outside we decided to go full steam ahead anyway. Well off to a quite start with just JB, Dan, Matt and Gav things then picked up and the rest of the peps arriving including: Steve, Emma, Chris, Jodie, Nicola, Lewis, Helen, Laura N, Mel, Clair, Courtney, Zak, Laura (briefly) and the food and drink were flowing. Matt as you both know likes a bit of violence - gun shooting/sword fighting/cutting off pigs heads you name it he likes it, well he brought round his BB gun which Lewis broke - if this was the case most people would through the gun away but not Matt he decided to teach Zak for most of the night how to hold a gun/make sure you wear you hood up/how to hold up a Bank etc etc which I am sure Clair was thrilled about!! We had the Mexican tunes giving their all and it was generally an alright night! SUNDAY - It was the Batt BBQ...everyone and anyone who is part of JB's family was pretty much there. I am sure there were a few hangovers from us guys from the night before but it was a generally chilled out day. We all took our heart rate to see who was the unfittest person. Dan managed to knock Uncle Paul of the top spot. Not good really considering he is half the age!!! Food was good - well done John and Kate!!! Beer went down well too! HEADLINES - SOME YOU MIGHT WANT TO KNOW OTHERS YOU MAY NOT REALLY CARE ABOUT BUT HERE THEY ARE ANY WHO: Well JB has been training with Maidstone which now looks like it is going pretty well, Mel has arranged to go for a drink with Dan's brother and a friend from school on Thursday (like that will happen!). Steve and Emma are getting on really well (they shagged!), everyone else is getting on really well too. Nicola thinks she has found the one! , Matt doesn't have to stay in Oxford anymore and it earning a fair few bob, Matt and Helen don't need to move to the other flat now so they are gonna start to save for a mortage, Dan is getting his new car hopefully within the next couple of weeks, Chris is still Chris apart from he is going to start taking illegal steroids to be bigger than he already is, Laura and Clair are still with their other halfs, Mel is still looking. Both Emma's are now on holiday, Lewis starts his new job, Helens b'day in the next couple of weeks, Lisa has got a new job, Gav is working loads of overtime, Nick too, Dan is planning to go away in October maybe to the villa, Lads are planning a couple of weekends away, I speak for everyone when I say work still sucks!!! Probably one of the best weekends to get photo's of everyone for the journal but not a single one I'm afraid... Any way you ladies have finished working now so it is party party party till November!!
