After the nine hour flight from Vladivostok to Moscow we had a rather lengthy wait in the airport terminal. If we had booked a through flight with Aeroflot then the price to get back to the UK was extortionate, but taking an eleven hour break in travel at Sheremetyevo airport saved us a fortune even though we needed an night in a hotel in Warsaw . . . . . .
It was not an exciting time if honest and after many coffees, a few snacks and probably a beer or two it was time to join the LOT Polish flight (LO678) from Moscow to Warsaw at 2100 taking us the 717 miles to the Polish capital city.
