The last week has been the best yet here in South Africa. The reason being that I'm building friendships with the kids and also because I'm getting really comfortable at AVIVA House. As I wrote in my last entry, the orphanage keeps on getting better and better, although I do miss my original shift, but it's still a good team. But it was when I returned after my shift when I arrived at the House that I felt so happy and was in a really good mood. Jen and Lucy were on their way to their projects but it's always great seeing them, Nina unexpectantly was home, I thought she was kite-surfing, and a new Canadian boy has come to volunteer. Finally some Maple support. Not just that, but the last 2 days have been a blur, just wizzed by so quickly. But I'm enjoying the international experience with these good-doers, that are all interesting in their own way. I'm starting to love it here, the weather, the beach, the nightlife, and the friends. Cheers everyone, I'll be back in 3 days.
