Just a quick blog, very excited found one spot in the hostel where I can get the internet on my iPod! Life here now feels very normal and it is hard to think of life being any different however still get some special attention. Although we live in the capital there are few white people and we do often get stared at especially when we go places tourists don't. We get bulas all the way to town and one night after school jemma and I decided to go for a walk we walked past a school where they were doing rugby training, all of a sudden in a very friendly way the whole team came running toward the fence yelling bula, we felt like some kind of celebrity.
We have a very busy weekend it's one of the vols bday so most of the vols are coming into Suva to party Saturday night then we have got a big lovo (traditional feast where meat is cooked under ground) and kava on sunday about 40mins from us. Monday is a public holiday so might stay over night after the lovo.
Miss you all xxx

Nanny Hi darlin, Sounds like your living life to the max, have fun. I'm sad cos we lost our first semi final at pennant yesterday . We were leading 18 - 6 and got beat 23 - 26. We fell in a hole, and let the others down the team went down only 5 shots overall. Bought the dishwasher for Anglesea, the boys going down this weekend to do some work and have Mycalah's b'day party. weather forcast for 33 Sat. They'll have a swim for you. Love you, Nan.
Jacqui Bennett Hi Felicia, Love reading your updates. Rob has booked a day in Suva for business, last week of March. He's asked at your place if there is anything you'd like taken over. Lisa and I enjoyed watching The Twilight movie with Christine the other night. She and the girls had joined us at Milo cricket for dinner as your Dad was away. I remember the lovo we had in Fiji, it was delicious, all cooked in coconut leaves, the meat the fish was very tender. - enjoy. Love Jacqui and family

David Collins Is karva nice? Answer: not particular, they call it muddy water and it pretty much tastes like that, all locals follow it with a chaser which is some sort of lolly of dried fruit
Nanny Hi darlin, just to let you know my new email address is [email protected] We have had very heavy rain storms Fri & Sat of this long weekend. Fraser came 4th in the swim at the Nippers State Carnival at Lakes Entrance yesterday. Louise said he was coming 2nd before being swamped by bigger body boys at the finish.Great effort.
