Hi everyone. This is a quick(ish) blog. After some of my negative comments ina previous blog about life on anchor, I thought I should let you know that we are finding it much easier than anticipated! With practice our anchoring is getting slicker, and we are getting more confident in our delta anchor and less confident in our CQR (it seems to always land upside down).Sarah, James, Ben and baby Lizzie's visit was great, we were pleased as punch to see them all (and to meet Lizzie) and sorry to see them go. Double Helix accommodated everyone with no trouble and we had some great weather (first application of suncream this year) and a lovely day sail as well as outings in the big car we hired (big bertha can seat 9 people!).We are still in Andratx although planning to leave on Monday, to head to the north of the island which is supposed to be beautiful (what we saw of it in big bertha was very impressive - gorgeous cliffs, mountains and turquoise seas). Next up for a visit is Ian (Johns dad) in a weeks time, not sure where we will be Ian - let you know nearer the time!!
