Very hot in the swag last night must have been over 30 degrees!
We had another fish, a swim, then had a good look around the Peninsula then we drove out to Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm. Here we heard that the Broome - Cape Leveque Road was blocked due to a large bushfire so we decided to stay another hot night in the swag at the bush camp here.
In the morning we did the Pearl Farm tour which was very interesting & had a refreshing swim in the Resort Infinity Pool.
We then decided to head south hoping the road would be open, as we got further south we heard on the 2way that the road was still blocked so we called into Middle Lagoon CV Park. The owner here said there would be an update on the fire @ 4pm so we had a swim which was just what we needed as it was stinking hot 43 degrees.
Then the news the the road wouldn't be opened until tomorrow so we sent up the swags again & got ready for another hot night.
