We said goodbye to the Roxburgh's & headed for the Bungles.
After leaving our van at the B Bungle CV Park we headed to the N Park, the road was actually quite good contrary to reports we had received. First stop was Echidna Chasm which was terrific then went south & did the walk through the domes which was great but really hot here, 42degrees.
We set up our swags at the Walardi Bush Camp, no showers here it was a pretty hot & sticky night.
We were on the road by 7am & at the Bungles lookout by 8, it was a great view from here then onto Cathedral Gorge which was also really good, shame there is no swimming holes here. Mitch was really struggling with the heat so we decided to head back to get the van then onto Halls Creek.
