We've spent the last few days in Geraldton, the largest town on Australia's mid-West coast. On Sunday we checked out of the campsite in Jurien Bay and drove 121 miles up the coast to Geraldton, stopping on the way at Greenough. We left our hostel and drove 138 miles from Perth up to Jurien Bay along the Indian Ocean Drive, which is a road which takes you along the coast up through some small towns to where we were staying, although the road doesn't actually run that close to the sea for most of the time, so we were just driving through the Australian Bush. Today we went on a tasting tour of some of Perth's best producers of local food and wine.
