Day 6 - Travelling deep into Zulu territory
In the morning the team spent a couple of hours on site snagging blockwork and moving waste materials from the build site, as the GGA team were collecting the roof structure from the suppliers. Window measurements were taken and glass ordered.
At 10am we departed to drive far into Zulu territory (towards Mtubatuba). At 4pm we toured a cheetah sanctuary (and other cats) close to the backpackers' hostel we were staying at and got close and personal with some cheetah, lynx, serval, and African wild cat during feeding time. Fortunately we were not on the menu.
That evening we had dinner with the Heather Reynolds (GGA Founder) and two other people from the Netherlands who chair "Friends of GGA" in Europe. A 4am start scheduled tomorrow for the safari, with the goal of viewing the "Big 5".
