Things I have accomplished so far in Germany so far

Paid my rent

Had a Big Tasty

Got a travel card by asking in German for it

Got a tram all by myself

Saw people I had already met on the street and said hello (makes me feel like I belong)

Met English-speaking gays at Queer Beer Thursday and had a jolly good time, though I:

Drank too much

Lost most of the night in a drunken blur

Witnessed German crime (shoe stealing) in a club

Spoke entirely in German for the whole journey home, with the taxi driver, who said my German was „sehr gut!"

Suffered a bad hangover

Bought vodka (had to get the checkout woman to go get it for me, weird German rules!) for tonight!

Did more vodka shots than I have ever done in my life before

Went out at 1am, to „Peaches and Cream" with Nadi

Danced all night

Saw people I had already met in a bar the day before, and said hello (makes me feel like I belong)

Prevented Nadi from getting takeaway, despite her being very determined, and her nearly getting run over while running to Burger King

Explained her behaviour to random German women by saying „Sie ist besoffen"(Shes drunk)

Got home at 7am

Woke up still drunk

Wonder what tonight will bring! Berlin is FAB!!!
