We visited Cabrillo National Monument which has a visitor center and lightouts. Cabrillo was teh first person to discover San Diego and claim it for Spain. This lighthouse point has a view of downtown San Diego, Mexico, and Coronado Island. You could watch the boats go through the mouth of the inlet and continue out to sea. Today we started our day playing with Trenton. Lego's, 2 square are becoming the start of every day. We then ehaded to point loma which is where the time pools are. Unfortunatly we arrived during high tide so the pools were covered with water. We did see some small crabs in the cliffside. We hiked on a trail for about a half mile to a second set of cliffs. When the sunset came around it was actually non exsistant. We headed to sunset cliffs anyway which is right next to old beach. This is an area where people come specifically to see the sunset it has a bunch of erroded coast that is red in color which i am sure pulls the red right out of the sky.
