Grand Canyon,, Arizona
Our final Grand Canyon stop was at the watchtower. This structure was constructed by a woman in the 1930's who hand picked every stone. The inside is tiered like the Gugenheim in New York. There are windows in the tops that look out in every direction, and a patio off the front that offers fantastic views of the canyon. I am glad we stopped at this place.
I appreicate and am glad we stopped at the Grand Canyon, but I still want to see it from the bottom up.
