Today my friends Milly and Miko came and picked me up and I rented my own scooter for 3 days. I LOVE riding it is soooo much fun, you can ride them ANYWHERE! On footpaths, wrong lane, down little tiny narrow laneways that they barely fit and if u met someone coming the other way it would be a problem, but it hasn't happened yet! We went to the beach looking for Nic but they were back at their hotel so we went there for the day which has pool bars and music pumping it was really relaxing, I actually got half pissed on one Fruit Tingle and an Illusion. Nic got her hair braided which took about 6 hrs so we chatted, sunbathed, read a book and ate. Heaven, so relaxing. I went and got the BEST massage for $4.75 for 1 hr and so far the best I have had. I will go again that is for sure!!!! Main Kuta is bustling and I met so many Aussies it was like I was at home. It is just pulsing with culture, food, markets, and tourist services. Hawkers everywhere but once you get the hang of knocking them back you don't feel bad. I took everybody out for dinner last night, 7 people $20 dollars! Unbelievable huh? Awesome food too, I'm loving the food! Got home about 10pm and watched a crap Steven Segal film, my least favourite actor, on Global tv then fell fast asleep in my air-conditioned room, the only one in the house. I say it all the time but I'll say it again I LOVE Bali and the people!!!!!
