Days 238-239, 5-6 Feb '15, Farewell to the Farm-let in Caim... Hello to the big-smoke of Enniscorthy. Mainly it's caused by coal fires on cold days - but still, we're now, officially, downtown for a holiday. Obviously, to the untrained eye, it would seem that we're always on holidays - but it's the gaps between housesits with no cats, dogs, goats or chickens and no-one to feed but ourselves that we consider to be actual vacations. After fond farewells to our furry little mates we were dropped off in town for our next adventure. We're spending a couple of nights in a B&B right next to the stone bridge and around the corner from the castle then moving over the bridge on Sunday (smallest travel day ever). Next stop is 4 nights at a 4 star hotel that have given us a phenomenal deal. Pictured today is our stone bridge as we wandered back from our final Irish cod & chips feast. Still on the 'one serve between two' New Year's savings system. Still more than enough food. Our guesthouse/B&B actually owns the cafe beneath them - so tomorrow we get to go "out" for breakfast - what a treat! Until then...
