Campsite 5: Pleasurelea Caravan Park, Bateman's Bay
Campsite 6: Eden Tourist Park, Eden
A hop, a skip and a jump down the NSW South Coast. Bateman's Bay, Bodalla, Bega and lastly, Eden. The 7-day cabin fever has passed and our camper is serving us well and now seems remarkably spacious.
We've had a few memorable moments escaping from dodgy rest stops and even more dodgy caravan parks - in one case with barely enough fuel to get us to the next town and with two girls screaming from the backseat. Much more fun in hindsight than it was at the time.
Bodalla Dairy Shed was highly worth the stop. Eden spoiled us with a surprise visit by a seal about 5 metres from the harbour's edge. It entertained Angelina, frolicking, rolling and waving as it waited for the fishing trawlers to come in from beyond the endless coastline and unload their catch.
Esther is growing fast and is entertaining us all with her beaming smiles. She's won our hearts, especially that of her sister, who, after the 2 months since Esther was born finally wakes up singing again. That alone has made the trip worth it.
Now, time for this little family of four to take a leisurely 'stroll' into coastal Victoria...

Fleur Hi Janelle, Jon, Angelina and Esther Thank you for your newsy (and entertaining!) updates on your fantastic holiday. It sounds as though you are all doing great and adapting to your the 'Jayco Swan' :). I hope you are managing to avoid the crazy rain that has been hanging around in Brisbane for long enough. Safe and happy travels. Look forward to reading your next blog. Love the Caddies.
