Sunday in Yekepa!
Fell asleep last night to the sound of rain, and woke to the same sound. It truly is the rainy season! Of the 200 or so annual inches of rain this country gets, more than half comes in the 5-6 month period of time called the rainy season.
Went to worship this morning at a local fellowship where we heard a great message centered around Psalm 15.
We've spent the afternoon getting together the manuals that the teachers will be using during our workshop. Tomorrow begins our first day of instruction. Pray for clarity of understanding for the teachers participating, and wisdom for those of us instructing. God is truly faithful in providing resources, getting them all here, and giving fertile minds desiring to learn and grow.
Dinner the last 2 nights has been traditional Liberian fare. All I can say is delicious! I look forward to sampling even more as the days go on.
I am off to continue assembling our manuals, and getting set for our first day.
