After a lazy start to the day we left Marjorie's place and headed into Nova Scotia with the aim of being in Whycocomagh in time for the Celtic concert that night.
The drive was beautiful and we stopped along the way to investigate little towns and take photos. The autumn leaves were beautiful. As we drove through one area I spotted a fox in front of a house so Liz pulled over and I took a bit of a video and some photos. I will try to upload the video when I return from holidays as I can't seem to upload videos from my camera to my iPad. The fox ran around the front of the house and laid down on the grass. The family cat was on the verandah but didn't seem too concerned so I guess the fox is a frequent visitor.
After checking into our motel we parked at the venue for the concert early (which we had been advised was a good thing to do) and went for a short walk before returning for the concert. It was sold out and the performance was great - John Doyle, the Dardanelles, Fiddlers Bid and others.

Bryan I dream of the Roman times when rich people would ruin thsvmelees for the honour of being civil servants - in order to be elected they would build public baths, help the poor etc. And the reward?! People would remember them! But, of course, no instant gratification that 900K $ can offer you :D
