Today was the 1st day at school watching Eunju teach, we met in the morning at the main road outside my street and walked along the river to school! When we go into school we change into slip on wedge shoes for walking inside the school and teaching then we we go into the teachers lounge we change in to slippers! Feel like im just taking my shoes on and off all day! I met the principal today who seems like a very nice guy but clearly in charge if you know what I mean....he has a presence about him! I also met the other teachers that I will share a staff lounge with, 2 music teachers, PE teacher (poor man on his own!), a science teacher and 2 english teachers. There are 43 teachers altogether tho! They are all so nice!!! Everytime I have met a new teacher they always say WOW you are berry berry beautiful! hahaha! Quite embarrassing but I just reply Gam sam ni da! (Thank you!) There are only 4 male teachers in the school!

We had 3 classes before lunch all different students so I think the scottish pencils I brought will just have to be rewards for good english! Lunch was eerrm interesting. The children eat in their classrooms and teachers eat in another lounge. I had a tofu spicy soup, kimchi, rice, beef and rice cake dish and another made of pickled radish I think. Then milk and lots of fruit! The eat soooo much....how are they all so tiny!

In the classroom once I introduce myself the students can ask me a few questions......Eunju was quick to tell them not to ask my age, weight or measurements.....some still chanced it hahahaha! At the end of the class the all gather round me to have a look at me and say Bye Bye Sharon Teacher, see you next time! SO cute!! Had to sign some autographs too hahahaha!

We had one class after lunch so after 1:40 we just sat and chatted in the staff room and I showed them pics of you lot! hahaha! They think you are all very beautiful! Showed them some pics of Scotland etc and chatted bout traditions blah blah blah! Eunju and I left school early to go to the bank to open my account and get my ATM card then went to the Hospital to have my medical check! HHMMM very interesting!! First we paid the 65,000 won then I had to get a lung xray in this wierd hopital t-shirt thingy- very sexy! haha! Then I had to pee in a cup hhahahahahahahaha! Not my highlight! There was even a normal toilet...I kept searching each cubicle praying I would find a normal toilet but nope just a hole in the ground! Ha! Aim Fire!!! hahahahahaha! God im so graphic! They then took a blood sample...woman was not gentle at all, then measured and weighed....the guy took my bust measurement, WHY???????? I think I made his day ahaha! He then took my BP and had an eye test- apparently I have "Berry nice vishon".

We then went to the Lotte Mart to buy a cardigan, something I hadnt brought, but its bloody warm! The teachers were all worried I would be cold and get ill and most of them seem to cover their arms. Managed to get a nice one...black tho

Eunju has invited me to her house 2moz (sat) for lunch and to meet her husband Lee and another teacher, her name is Teehee!
