Welcome to the jungle. Well today started with us heading to the bus stop to catch the bus to rurrrenabaque, the 17-34 hour bus. Along the death road. It was possibly THE worst 24hours of my life. Today was spent mainly in a medical clinic. When we eventually found it (a very nice, clean and clinical building) we had to wait a while for Chris to get an X-ray, in a differently place which was annoying, and turns out he's fractured his wrist and had to have a cast put on. Today was d-day. As in death Road day. Exciting times. We got up relatively early and were taken in a bus to the start of the death road 4800m high. We had to put on some very exciting gear and looked totally cool, dirt bike helmets and everything. We also had Breakie on the way. The first part of the death road was the not so dangerous new part.
