So the last few days have been mainly traveling. We firstly went on a boat for a couple of hours as we did a half day tour of the isle del sol, this turned out to be 30mins on the island and 2 hours each way on a boat, not that great. And it was cold and cloudy so looked pretty miserable. We Werner that impressed. When we got back to Copacabana it rained a lot. Had some lunch and then got our bus to puno. The border crossing back into Peru this time was great! It was so smooth and easy. We arrived in puno (am interesting not terribly nice town) by 3ish and booked our ticket to Lima at the same time the travel man, a guy called Oscar, persuaded us to go on a tour of the floating island and as we had some time to kill we thought why not. When we got on the boat to the floating island we bumped into Marcus from then ingle again, it was hilarious and we all couldn't believe it! The floating islands were....interesting. It was very disneyfyed as the people loving on thems sole purpose was for tourists. This islands themselves were quite clever, made fully from reeds and anchored into the lake bed. We went on a reed boat across to another island aswell which was pretty much the same. It was also cold and miserable here so we weren't to happy. On the way back there was a crazy lighting storm which was pretty impressive. When we got back on dry land we said goodbye to Marcus for what we think was the last time and headed back to the bus station or our 22hour bus back to Lima. The bus was nice and I watched a lot of films (mainly in Spanish) taken 1 with English subtitles and taken two just in Spanish. Quite interesting. We eventually arrived in Lima after a super long time and checked into the pariwana again, sorted some stuff out ad then headed for some dinner as got a relatively early night as we wet super tired.
