The bus to la Paz took an age. And when we arrived we felt dirty and gross. We booked a bus to copacabana and headed to the wild rover to shower and store our bags who's we did a last bit of souvenir shopping, or at least trying to. We also got a juice from the market and some lunch then headed back to the bus station. The bus to copacabana took fours hours but on the way we had to stop, get off and get on a little boat whilst the bus got on a rickety wooden barge to take us across the water. At one point I thought the bus would too but all was well in the end. When we got to Copacobana we booked a bus for the next day to puno so we would avoid all the census day closure and be out of Bolivia, and we booked a half day isle del sol tours. At the same time we heard an Irish voice call Chris and it was the Irish and Carlet, our jungle tour group! It was so lovely to see them, they said that will and Markus the other two were also here and we all arranged to meet for dinner. Me and Chris just had a potter around the shire and the little town and then dinner came. It was so lovely to meet up again, I had rainbow trout as its meant to be really good near he lake and it was. We then all headed to bed as we had all had some super long days.
