Day 4: Today we got up at 4am as we were going to see the sun rise in the flats, there was no light as the hostels electric only ran from 7pm-10pm. The sunrise was A-Mazing so beautiful and worth the early rise. We then headed to an island called inca Kawsi which was all old coral and had loaddssss of cactuses some really tall and we had walk around whilst the cooks prepared breakfast. This mornings breakfast included frosties and a cake! We then had a little walk around the island on the flat and freddy picked us up and we drove to a good bit to take some 'loco' photos. The flats were incredable, they just seemed to go on forever. Taking photos on the other hand was pretty difficult. We couldn't get the nack of it and eventually just gave up and took some funny ones of just us and no silly objects. After a couple hours here we headed to Uyuni, had some lunch (the last supper) and then got a lift to the bus, which annoyingly didn't go until 8pm and it was only 12pm. We left our bags at the bus place and got a taxi with em and nige to the train cemetery, a very odd place full of rusted old trains and carriage on tracks with load of graffiti on. The route in the way was covered in rubbish it was gross. After getting stuck in a few dust storms, taking loads of photos, playing on the trains and swings we had killed some time and headed back to Uyuni, walking this time through the gross rubbish lined roads. We found a juice/ice cream place and set there for a good few hours playing more cards and killing time. We them all went to this pizza place for some food and then it was pretty much bus time! The tour was great, such an adventure and the scenery was insane and so so different each day. We got on the night bus to la Paz and just slept.
