So the last few days have been mainly traveling. We firstly went on a boat for a couple of hours as we did a half day tour of the isle del sol, this turned out to be 30mins on the island and 2 hours each way on a boat, not that great. And it was cold and cloudy so looked pretty miserable. We Werner that impressed. When we got back to Copacabana it rained a lot. Had some lunch and then got our bus to puno. The bus to la Paz took an age. And when we arrived we felt dirty and gross. We booked a bus to copacabana and headed to the wild rover to shower and store our bags who's we did a last bit of souvenir shopping, or at least trying to. We also got a juice from the market and some lunch then headed back to the bus station. Day 4: Today we got up at 4am as we were going to see the sun rise in the flats, there was no light as the hostels electric only ran from 7pm-10pm. The sunrise was A-Mazing so beautiful and worth the early rise. We then headed to an island called inca Kawsi which was all old coral and had loaddssss of cactuses some really tall and we had walk around whilst the cooks prepared breakfast. Got to Tupiza a little earlier than we thought and checked in to a hostel that was run by an ex nurse and doctor. We booked our tour with the people on the hostel as their reputation was good and it wasn't that bad a price. We also had the nicest room we had the whole time as it was the only one left, a twin with private bathroom for £7 each, not bad. Day 3: So our plan was to get up at 3am and leave by 4am to take a back route that was mainly off road to try and get out the park and avoid the blockades. We left just before 4am and it was freezing and dark and we were driving through rivers and really off road. At one point we got to what looked like a no through route and the drivers all got out to build a wall of stones into the river so the drop wasn't so much.
