The adventures of Sarah & Brian
Been to a couple of national parks - Big Cypress and the Everglades and added to our wildlife count. Saw loads of gators, mostly little weeners and some turtles, snakes and various birds.
Drove down to the Florida Keys which was reet nice. Wandered the streets of Key West and stayed at the worst campsite ever - no grass just gravel to pitch your tent on. It was like sleeping in a cat litter tray.
From there we went to the cheapest campsite ever, $10 a night (about £6) and you even got a grassy patch and a BBQ.
Went to Miami beach which is full of youngsters walking around in bikinis and trying to look cool.
Visited the Seaquarium, which is like a mini version of Sea World and saw where Flipper was filmed - wicked! They also had the dolphin that played snowflake in Ace Ventura, our second celeb.
The best bit was going on an airboat ride in the everglades. Bombed around and saw more gators. You also got to see a gator wrestling show (hooray for cruelty to animals!), and a mister brought round a tiny baby one - he was sooo cute. We also got to hold one called Larry, more squishy than you would think.
That was it for Miami as we were running out of money and needed to save some for NYC....
